A Day At The Lake

Andy had been left in charge of the pups while Kay had a break. Andy had become quite fond of these little ones and she knew that they were almost the age when they would go to their new homes. The place would feel rather empty without the little rascals, she thought to herself as she stood on the dock, telling little Bo about the water creatures while the other pups played on and around her.
"Come back out of that boat, you two!" she barked to the two little scamps, Duck and Munch, who had commandeered the vessel and were trying to sail away into a new life of piracy on the high seas.
Little Curious watched the water for his brother, who had dived in after a fish. Teddy was just trying to play with Shy, when Rascal grabbed his poor little tail in his teeth.
"Come on, Teddy!" he chortled "Let's see if we can catch a fish!"
Grumps had climbed atop Andy's back and stared smugly around at her domain. She felt rather proud of her little self, and taller than all the other pups!
